Every month, DDCF will award an individual/organization $1,000 to recognize their service to the Rochester Community.
Eligibility Requirements
1. Serves underrepresented individuals in Rochester who are descendants of the African Diaspora (African Americans, ALL Caribbean Islands, Brazil, Africa, etc.).
2. Recipients who have not received a DDCF Changemaker check in the same calendar year.
3. Marginalized individuals and organizations that have difficulty securing community funding from traditional sources.
